The Power of Tiny Systems (and One Automation That Changed My Workflow)

Day 18 of 30 — Simple setups, big wins

Hi friend,

Let’s be honest:

A lot of productivity advice talks about going faster.

But real progress?

It comes from removing friction.

And sometimes, the simplest automation can unlock days of mental bandwidth.

🛠️ This week, I built a tiny system

I used Zapier + Tally + Kit to streamline how people sign up for my educational email course.

Here’s the flow:

  1. A user enters their email (just one field, no friction)

  2. They’re taken to a short Tally survey asking for their name

  3. Zapier connects the dots, and automatically updates my Kit CRM

📽️ I recorded a quick demo showing exactly how this works.

It’s not fancy.

But it works. And it saves me time every single day.

📌 Mindset Reminder:

You don’t need to build the perfect system.

You just need to build one that removes one manual task from your plate.

Small wins compound.

And tiny automations are often the difference between showing up or burning out.
